To qualify for the $399 web site, the following requirements must be met:

• An HTML-only template must be chosen.  See below regarding Flash sites
• A maximum of 5 pages of content based on existing buttons on template
• Only functioning form will be an anonymous (not a ‘mailto’ link) contact form
• All text to be provided by purchaser (spell checking and proofreading not included)
• Text may be limited by template size and shape. We will notify purchaser if conflict cannot be avoided
• Any custom images or logos must be provided by the purchaser
• Maximum of 2 images per content page to be edited for insertion (not counting logo)
• One full year of “Power Hosting” to be paid upon site completion ($5.99/mo - $71.88 total)
• The $399 does NOT include the cost of the template itself and will be included in the first invoice

Additional pages, graphics, scripts, forms, logos, etc. can all be negotiated above the $399 price with very affordable rates. All rates are dependent on template chosen and effort required for those changes. Please don’t hesitate to ask for additional services. Twin-Tech is very affordable and we will make sure you can get what you want in most cases.

Regarding Flash Web Sites: Most HTML templates can be built with or without the Flash headers. If you desire to keep the Flash header on your template, that cost is an additional $150 (total $549). If you choose a Flash-only template, this is a considerable amount of additional work and will cost an additional $350 (total $749).

Regardless of final negotiated price, the first installment to begin the process of building your site will be approximately 50% of the total negotiated rate plus the cost of your template.
